Visiting Care

Our aim is to ascertain bespoke care packages that meet the individual needs of service users and their environments. We strive to provide qualified, trained and committed support workers and carers. Our objective is to offer dynamic options that are changeable with the changing need of services users, alongside ensuring continuity.

We offer a range of flexible solutions to meet your needs - Visiting Care can range from 30mins - 24hr care time.  In all cases however, we will recommend at least a full 1 hour visit each day, with subsequent visits being at least 30 minutes. This is to ensure carers have enough time to assist, as well as properly ensure the clients emotional and physical wellbeing.

 

Significantly the service users will never feel alone or isolated as we endeavour to provide 24/7 on call support for all.

 

Live in & Overnight Care

M&M Direct care is in an extremely fortunate position in that we can provide extensive packages of care for the most in need. We offer live in carers whereby all the service users needs are met continually.

 

We also provide overnight care either awake or asleep, to allow the families of service users some much needed respite, sleep and recuperation.
